December 07, 2007, DRAPER, UT - Premier Mentoring, developer of highly successful, real-estate oriented campaigns featuring such spokespersons as Loral Langemeier, New York Times best-selling author, and Bob Diamond, real estate attorney and investor specializing in foreclosures and pre-foreclosures, is completing market testing of a new campaign featuring Armando Montelongo, star of A&E's extremely popular "Flip This House"
"Having Armando as a resource adds a new element to our program," said Joe Appleton, Premier Mentoring's Marketing Director. "This is the first time we've been able to work with a mainstream TV star, and we're very excited about our future with him."
The new campaign is initially employing radio and direct mail as a prelude to a full scale infomercial launch in the first quarter of '08.
An infomercial, now undergoing final refinement, features Montelongo as spokesperson and engages in a discussion of Montelongo's four "Find, Fund, Fix and Flip" principles of investing in and restoring houses profitably. Montelongo's book, "Flip and Grow Rich" is offered at various price points now being tested between $25 and $30.
According to Appleton, the market test has already generated sales of over a million dollars in products and services.
"Our core business is developing relationships with authors of books and programs on how to make money in real estate, business, or the stock market," said Appleton. "We specifically look for programs where we can develop a training and mentoring element for the students. It's like having a personal trainer at the gym to push you and help you train in ways you never would have alone, it's a multi-million dollar business. Also, since most authors are not experts at generating leads, we drive massive direct response campaigns to generate book buyers that become excellent coaching leads for our in-house sales organization."
Moulton Logistics Management of Van Nuys, CA will continue to provide fulfillment services for the new Armando Montelongo marketing effort.
