SEPTEMBER 04, 2007 - VAN NUYS, CA- In a move in keeping with the company's longstanding focus on advanced technology, its tradition of integrity and its commitment to future growth, Moulton Logistics Management (MLM) has realigned its top management to better reflect its current position as one of the leaders of the fulfillment industry.
Larry Moulton, company founder and current President becomes MLM's Chairman while Tony Sziklai, currently Vice President of Information Technology, moves to the Presidency.
The realignment is seen to benefit MLM both immediately and in terms of growth looking forward. Sziklai, the new President takes full charge of day to day business operations. Under the new management structure, Larry Moulton's move from President to Chairman enables him to become more involved with business opportunity development and with long term strategic growth.
Both executives will participate in significant financial decision-making. They will also participate jointly in budget planning, with both Moulton and Sziklai involved with the annual budgeting process and Sziklai responsible for achieving budget objectives.
Both new positions are effective immediately.
